Seven years ago I weighed 270 pounds. Today I am 159 pounds. I journal all of my food and weigh myself every day. Some people might call me obsessive, but that is how I have maintained my weight. Do what works for you. Good luck. 💕

I understand that as I weigh myself daily. Most of the time it is pretty static a pound up a pound down but Friday's are my true weigh in day to make sure I am on track.

I weigh myself every day. It helps my mindset for the day to help keep me on track.

Weighing yourself daily might not be the worst thing. Even if it goes up and down during the week, you have more data points to find out the actual weekly average, which I think it's most important. If it doesn't get you down that is..., in which case, I agree with once a week.

I'm in same boat! I decided to weigh only twice a week. I was doing that before and felt better about my weight but got back into habit of daily and if I gain it freaks me out .Not worth it...

If I don't weigh every day, I get off track very quickly. Some people can't handle the fluctuations, and that's perfectly fine. Do what works for you!

I get a little obsessed too. I freak out a little if my weight goes back up. But as Debbie mentioned, I can get off track if I don't have that scale to keep me on task.

I just accept my scale obsession and track them all. It's interesting to see the ups and downs that occur daily. It helped me realize it's normal.

I usually weigh every day because my weight fluctuates wildly and I need to see the actual and the trend.

I weigh daily because it keeps me responsible. But I only record if it goes down, or if I have gained too much and need to get back on track.

I weigh everyday and sometimes just when I want. I post when the time is right, up or down. So, do what’s best for you. Congrats on the journey and your responses. Reading members thoughts and comments are encouraging.

I'm the opposite. Afraid to weigh myself. I know I've lost weight by the way my clothes fit and how I look. But I don't want to lose my motivation if the scale doesn't budge enough.

That’s my issue always. Every day! It’s an issue

Frankly, I don't see a problem with getting on the scale everyday. I have noticed that the most successful weight loss and maintenance members weigh every day. I have also noticed that among the people who weigh everyday that they are also the mostly to log all their meals. CICO

i don't log my meals unless i want to know how many calories left i have, if i want a good snack 😏😏
