Days go by so quick anymore…sipping mu hot chocolate…heat is on..39 outside…waking up..ready to get another fantastic day started…wake up them endorphins…
Kept moving the bands yesterday…dead lifts yesterday..not my favorite move…but trying to get more into it…have several workouts I do…and enjoy them…walked more yesterday..trying to get step count up as well…even took an hour nap to get that last charge…and then slept 8.5 last night…guess I needed the recovery time…
Well…that time of day…time to get moving..hot chocolate is gone..
