I weighed 3 hours earlier than I normally weigh. don't know if that makes a difference.
156.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yes, it can make a difference. It depends on a lot of factors. I can weigh one thing in the morning, go up at noon, workout and be lower than the morning.
