suppose to start today. gained .4. didn't drink all my water yesterday.
will try to drink more water today. am going out to mexian today with hubby's family for his birthday.
Last night I made some oospie rolls and some blueberry muffins.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
