Under 240, but after big workout...lotsa sweat in this one...eating out in Iowa City after delivering our son's homewares for the summer term...eating at our favorite BBQ place "The Pit"...will be careful!!!
237.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
