Thanks for your support <3 you can go to youtub and put in ....Low carb... you will open up a new world of how to replace high carb no nutrition to low carb and high nutrition depriving my body of sugars ,, caused me to lose my apatite went from 244 to 217 about 4 lbs a month ,,, I really did an awesome job at low carb eating ,, then had Knee replacement June 4 and for some crazy reason Im not focusing on low carb as much as not going over my RDI recommend keep up the great work <3 sweet dreams <3

Thanks I will check it out. I actually tried the Atkins NANY and gained weight. I just completed a strict induction for 1992 DANDR I loved it and finally beat the sugar cravings.. I also lost 13 pounds From June 22. Goal is November 1 to be at halfway mark and May 1st to be done.. I want for my 55 BD to be shopping for all new clothes lol
