I have long struggled to get weight going off. I would go up and down. I even did the HCG diet with out cheating one time. I recently had gone off plan of ATKINS NANY... that was easy to do since I was so discouraged at such a slow loss. I mean if I was lucky .8 pounds a week and I work out daily. I went back on plan June 22. I Chose to do DANDR 1992 VERSION.. It is working I have more energy, eat less, work out more since I have the energy to do so. I have lost 9.2 pounds in 8 days. I have never done that on any plan. I also have upped my water intake from 4 liters daily to 5 or 6. I also know I will slow down soon and that is okay as long as I see some weight loss weekly.
