hi there, Its great your getting your walks in.I'm still worried your not eating enough veggies.It looks like you maybe have 8 or so from the mock a foni and some tomatoe sauce..You can only have 3 oz of cheese a day also.Your bbq sauce looks good, I'm think I'm going to try it.Keep on trying to eat your foundation veggies.

Weirdangel - not eating your veggies? Shame on you. You had that nice post on Mayo - just thought I'd add that I buy a product called Kens Steakhouse salad dressing. Their Ranch, Chunky Blue Cheese and Creamy Ceasar only have one carb per 2 tablespoons and they are all YUMM-O! Maybe with some new flavor variations we can get you eating better.
