It's a struggle working into and staying into the 30s, but now I'm working on "asthetic" weight rather than "life-threatening" weight...I still want to get to 225 by my June doctor's physical!!!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Coach, I read somewhere that Crystal Light has 'stuff' in it that will affect Atkins followers. Not sure what it was now...I was reading on behalf of someone else at the time. I don't know if you could eliminate that for a couple of weeks, and see if it makes any difference w/ the rest of the hard work you are doing!!!but you're graph is still going down! Good Job!!!
