OK so its a new day afta yesterdays confusion over WW points (i'm from the UK and i noticed that the fatsecret site works using the using the US points system!) I'm ready to give it another go! Somehow i've lost weight but it must just be water weight cause i haven't actually done anything yet!

My main goal is to stick to my points drink plenty of water and not get too obsessed with weighing myself everyday!!! (I promise myself not to touch those scales for another week! maybe i should hide them?)
163.6 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I didnt knw u were from the UK.. Thats kewl.. Hide the scales.. I weight my self in the morning so i have nothing on my tummy.. Seems more accurate.. Jes weight urself on weigh in day!

I'm obsessed with weighing myself! It's like a drug LOL. I gave it up once and I hid the scales. When no one was around, I'd sneak them out and weigh myself. How embarrassing! Good luck with your points, I didn't realise the US had different points to us Brits. I hope you manage to figure it out soon x
