188.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Ladies... I know what it is... my alcohol consumption has doubled the last few weeks!! Lol... let's see how this weekend goes, no celebrations!

You had a major upheaval. Give your body a couple weeks to settle into a new work routine (and yeah, maybe skip the drinks this week)
