A good week of eating and a hard two-hour lawn workout got me to 220.7, my lowest weight since May 9, 2020.
220.7 lb Lost so far: 104.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

To see where you started and where you are now is a true testament to your resolve. Every time I got into a fitness phase over the last few years and used FS I could not miss Draglist posts, and I would see you watching your food, fasting and constantly working on your eating and health even after holidays and eating fests. Well done on always getting back on the wagon, your consistency and great effort, it gives some of us inspiration.

Thank you, eightpac. Really kind of you to say. I did a lot of experimentation up here over nine years, but I think I'm back to what got me the initial loss: set a calorie target, and adjust when I indulge. I'm concentrating on protein now but always avoided simple carbs to keep the ravenous monster at bay. It seems like cheating because I'm never hungry. Best of luck with your continued maintenance.
