finally reached goal, 142. It took 17 months but I am grateful that the resolution came to me and that it affected my health so well. Blood pressure 111/64 this morning, and A1C still lower than 7 despite allowed to stop one of my two blood sugar meds.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so proud of you! I wish I could get to the weight you are too. I have to call in to hear my results and I haven't had the chance to, yet. I've been busy taking care of 4 orphaned kittens since the 25th this month.
