I started to get used to losing a pound every 2 to 3 days. Today when it didn't happen I got thrown off. Got a little angry. I know that my goals don't involve numbers so it's silly really. It's funny how this weight loss thing gets spun out of control quickly.

Yes, losing weight is an emotional journey. It's amazing how standing on a metal box can have so much impact on our emotions. You are losing at a great rate. It will slow to a pound or so a week, which is normal. Just stick with it.
