Carbs are too high. I need to keep them between 50-100g so I don't hit the wall when at the gym. around 130 today. I just need to cut out that damn sushi triangle or skip the grapefruit juice for one day.... oh today it was the banana I don't normally eat. That's the goal for tomorrow, around 75grams.
