Congratulations on your pregnancy. How far along are you? Many times the nausea will slow down after the first trimester. Ginger is an excellent treatment for pregnancy nausea. Also, acupuncture helped me so much!

You're in the home stretch now. Hang in there. It will all be worth it when you meet your healthy little one. I also suffered hyperemisis during my last pregnancy, so I understand the struggle.

Hi pregnancy is tough when you are this sick, the baby is taking all your nutrients. I throw up with both my pregnancies 3 times a day, I felt awful. Try starting your day, even before you get out of bed with some crackers and eat these all day long. Hydration is hugely important, water, decaf five tea, and sugar free ginger ale helped me tons. My body also needed very bland protein such as basic chicken not spices or sauces (it caused me to get sick). Hang in there the baby just needs everything your body can give it.
