Sigh...no loss of weight for the last few days...starting to tick me off...rats!!!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there Coach! Seems the weight loss comes in spurts. Nothing for a while and then BAM you'll drop 3 or 5 or more pounds!

Your body is simply saying "recomputing" "recomputing" just like a GPS - give it just a bit more time and you'll start WHOOSHING again! You've done so well!! Hang in there, friend (It would be an awesome time to take your measurements - there were times that the scale wasn't budging but when I took measurements I was loosing inches. It kept me excited and the frustrations took a back seat real quick)
