So update about fluid issues. I AM CANCER FREE!!!!! THANK THE LORD. The doctors have an idea of what is going on, now they are trying to figure how to treat the issue. It may be a long road, but what is life if it is not bumpy and you are not along for the ride. I appreciate the support and I hope I am helping all of you. I went slightly over my calories today, but I can't let that hold me back. I just need to redirect and realize sometimes you need to get off track and it won't ruin your life.

214.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
