In 2012 I lost ALL of my extra pounds (65 of them). This year alone I have gained back 20 all due to eating pasta, bread, fastfood, anything I choose without limitations. Angry with myself for not getting a grip on this when I was only 10 pounds regained and currently need to lose 35.
I can do it. I know I can.

Hello, Not exactly new
Hi,IM glad you joined. I have had my fs account for sometime but I haven't been in any challenges to post. So this is pretty new to me. I believe a strong support system is very powerful on this journey.
As for the coke... well you know what it is and you are willing to accept it. No judgement from me. I am happier you are drinking coke and not diet coke. There was a time I was hooked on ice tea...only I found out it was the splenda that I was hooked on and not the tea. I literally had a calm once I drank it. I have learned to drink it unsweetened now. A very rare cheat for me would be a diet dr. pepper and I know that is just nasty for my health.
I am drinking clubsoda o sodium/o sugar. sometimes a lime twist added. pretty refreshing.

Weight loss jumpstart--intermittent fasting
No judgement from me..only positive encouragement. I will be fasting as well. No added sugar and no white carbs..those are my two biggest weight gaining problems. And NO high fructose corn syrup! That means no pizza. Sad I started yesterday and already dropped more than 3 pounds of water weight. I take a lot of supplements while fasting including potassium.
