I know 3 pounds looks like an unhealthy drop in just one day, but my boyfriend and I have of 3 years broke up yesterday. It really took it's toll on me and I'm honestly surprised that I got out of bed this morning.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks so much. It's been a very hard day. I've lost 2 pounds just since I weighed this morning. Glad to be losing weight, just certainly not this way.

Sorry to hear about your breakup. I know it really sucks right now, but as they say, time heals all wounds. You will emerge from this a stronger person and sticking to your diet/healthy way of life will only make you feel even better.

I don't know you, but I just wanted to say. A way to turn this event into a positive is to make this just another reason to lose the weight! Think of it this way: when you reach your goal, he will look at you and think, "Man, what did I do? I totally goofed up losing her!" LOL Stay strong and keep at it. You can do it!
