steady as she goes...good energy...the day is easy to get through although someone brought Hersey's chocolate to the office and I was severly tested...I do miss a large hunk of that stuff when presented...self-control won
251.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
