Oh my gosh what a year this has been so far. Just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, I find myself sick, then end up having "girly" complications, and end up having blood tests...blah blah blah. Luckily, I've found out I need to lay off the Carbs, up the fish oil, and try to squeeze in 30mins of exercise a day. Ok, at least I have it in writing now and have some direction. Whew hopefully everything will get settled. I'm starting to feel better already.
