I was finally able to relax after that crazy weekend I had. This month is going to be super busy too. I'm going to try to journal and enter my food as much as possible but it will be difficult. My goal is to stay off the pc as much as I can this month. Sure, I've got the Fat Secret app but with 2 vacations this month, I won't be near my phone. I just gotta do the best that I can. =)
In other news, I'm still doing part of the Shaklee 180 system. I have slimmed down and feel great! The scale hasn't moved but I'm building muscle so no worries. I'm still drinking the Shakes and taking their Mega Boost vitamin daily. I also found that the Meal Bars are nice for quick on the go meals... otherwise I try to eat a salad or something Healthy. I don't want to rely heavily on this system so I'm trying to mix healthy eating habits with the plan. It seems to be working.

So I felt awesomesauce this morning so here is the post you've been waiting for! I am trying the Shaklee 180 Turnaround!! It's day 5 and I feel amazing!! It has been ten days since my last post. I am currently trying a new diet so I didn't want to go ranting and raving unless it actually worked. I'm on day four of my diet and I feel absolutely amazing! I did cheat a little bit last night and I paid for it. This morning was the first time I actually felt crappy! Now that I have eaten my snacks and what not, I feel a bit better. I would probably feel better if my day wasn't so stressful already. Oh well. If I feel awesomesauce in the morning, I'll write an uplifting blog on my new feel good diet :)
