Considering my scale has been down for days not bad that I only gained .2 lbs considering all that I have been eating the last few days, not necessarily bad food just a lot of food.
292.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 142.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
