I'm getting really discouraged, I've been the same weight for about four months now and I eat healthy and only 1500 calories or so. I cut my sugar to only 20 grams a day. I workout by weight training and cardio at least three days a week plus a lot walking and squats at work. I don't know what to do anymore. Any advice or encouragement?

You have come such a long way. And it looks like you may be at goal. Maybe this is right for your body. If you do a lot of exercise you may be compact and the body does not have that much more fat to let go of. What do you think your fat percentage may be?

Have you updated your RDI since losing weight? Maybe you need less calories.

You didn’t mention how tall you are. Start from scratch and recalculate your RDI. The less you weigh the fewer calories you burn with any given activity. Also, if you do the same exercises repeatedly your body does begin to burn less doing them because it functions more efficiently. Shake it up a bit and find other exercise activities to incorporate.in your workout routine.
