Drop Drop Dropping even with zero exercise routine.
I became phy Disabled in 2010 due to. a lower back injury.
it was my 4th back surg after recovering from the prior 3 and back to working for a few years.
My 3 lowest discs were cracked while lifting a large treadmill.
So I had disc replacement surg, which didn't turn out too well.

Sorry to hear about your back injury and surgeries. How do you manage the pain?

Pain meds for prob 12 yrs. They don't have nearly the affect as they once had. Anti inflammatory diet does more than anything. Even with the acid reflux I use to have my whole life.

back surgery is the worst! I'm so sorry! I understand if you need a friend, I've had eight!

just read about the pain pills...I was on huge amounts for 30+ years....went drug free five years ago and it was hell...BUT...WAS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE! Still in pain but not nearly like I was...it was the years of the doc's feeding them to me....the hyper sensitivity is gone. it hurts a lot, but loosing weight, ibuprofen and a heating pad works wonders! I have my mind and body back for the first time since I was 14! I'm 50 now!!

I'm in the same boat. very rarely take a pain pill but get nerve ablation procedure every 6 months which really helps manage my pain but I realize everyone is different. It's so ironic injury happened because of exercise equipment. sometimes God has a lousy sense of humor, am I right?😁

I have to take medication I take as little as possible and I am seeing results I realize I have to run and walk like i did today everyday. Golden milk and MCT(medium chain triglycerides) oil and Tart cherry juice aide in my plan I don't diet I just eat less and and more plant base foods I ran about 2.5 miles and walked about 2 miles. all the best to everyone:))

Chronic pain is a terrible thing😔 pain meds, ugh don’t get me started, I was on them for over a decade on high doses of fentanyl that didn’t help. Back pain sucks😝. I’ve had bilateral multilevel rhizotomy done it was somewhat successful but I am unable to repeat. I just deal with it.

I personally have never had pain to deal with but both in my professional life and my social life I know people who really have significant issues. Both CBD and medical marijuana are legal in my state, California. I have been so impressed by the relief it has offered to so many. My close friend has brain cancer and uses both with wonderful results. She is able to go out and “hike” a mile with me. Another acquaintance has Had years worth of back pain and 12 surgeries — she now uses CBD and medical marijuana for pain and seldom uses pain medication at all.. it has done wonders for the quality of her life.
