Pippster Bridget's Journal, 01 September 2020

So, its been 9 months since I last logged in. I have been on a hiatus from everything. I left my husband after 26 years OF mental abuse, I moved out and got an apartment and put back on 16 lbs. I stopped eating right and stopped working out. It's been a challenge over the last few months with this pandemic. Which I am 100% not using as an excuse. I am not too upset about gaining the 16 lbs back, I knew I was going to go up and down approximately within about 10 lbs. For me, I stress eat, if I eat at all. But, as of today I am taking back my life and starting back on Keto and I will start slowly working out again. Keto, has been the only way I've been able to loose weight over the years. My new journey begins today!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
