decided to just weigh in even though it’s pretty awful... laying in bed for 3 weeks and pigging out the entire time and not taking thyroid meds was a recipe for this huge gain... i’m back on track 100% but have to just stick to walking for a little longer as my exercise until i’m fully well but my diet can be 100% on track
213.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have been through an incredible, scary ordeal. Lots of people have put on pound during this crazy covid time. You actually had it and absolutely need to take your time recovering and giving yourself some grace. Great to be back on plan with intake one hundred percent! I imagine it will take some time to get your lungs back up to normal. Praying for you in your continued recovery! ❤️
