been a lot higher for awhile just finally checking in. i reuse to gain all my weight back a third time in my life.... funny being this big used to feel so thin to me but now that i’ve experienced 167lbs it no longer does. i’m determines to get this weight off asap.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
