My beloved husband of 30 years died May 7, 2020 and I'm a basket case. I have no excuse for my weight gain as I haven't been eating gluten-free for several months. He had emphysema and was losing weight steadily so I was trying to tempt him to eat with nicer meals and didn't bother with trying to cope with 2 different menus.

127.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb. Still to go: 2.8 lb. Diet followed poorly.

Thank you all for your kind words. I have some days when I think I am coping and others when I just can't believe that he is gone. He meant everything to me.
