I gained 2 pounds this week. After my pizza binge on Wednesday, I am not really shocked! I'm back on plan, though, so I know it will come back off in no time!!!
Also,I was reading a short article in this month's Shape magazine and they say you should eat 1200 calories or more a day. Eating less will cause bone density problems, even after you are maintenence. Also if you need to lose more than 5% of your weight, you should do high impact, weight bearing exercises everyday.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Looking at the sodium that day it is most likely water weight, It will come off , We all have bad days. My goal is to have bad days, as opposed to my old habits of bad months and years. We can do this.

its a learning process of what you can have an what you cant have...an when you do have it anyways, to not stress out an just drink water to flush it out so you can get bck on track once again...

the amount of calories does somewhat determine the amount of calcuim you need...however it is not a definate...you should have a bone scan done and then go from there...i get re-evaluated every year as to how much calcuim i need...
