No exercise today, was gone most of the day, but ate really well. Even passed up on a free lunch, so I wouldn't eat fast food!!

What will power to pass up lunch. I am a sucker for a meal out and find that is the hardest to pass up or go and eat well. Why is it the bad stuff tastes the best? lol
