going back to the gym and doing different workouts is starting to pay off for me...an i have that feeling of accomplishment after my workouts like i use to have when i first started going to the gym...sure its hard to step out in that cold air first thing in the morning..but its worth every bit of it ...an the FANTASTIC feeling of accomplishment that comes from it!!!!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 10 November 2008:
1342 kcal Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 157.86g | Carb: 95.20g.   Breakfast: skim milk, chicken breast, hard egg, cheerios, pro complex protein shake, water. Lunch: sloppy joes sauce, 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added, hamburger , lettuce. Dinner: wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium). Snacks/Other: country crossings singles swiss, turkey breast lunch meat, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, banana, skim milk, pro complex protein shake, Gela Delight gelatin dessert(jello), lite nonfat yogart. more...
