Hah! I got out of bed and almost collapsed - so much tightness in my calves still!

Going for a walk to loosen up a little before a quick lifting session 💪🏻

you should use the youtube video "psychetruth before running stretches". I dont run but the stretch video is so versatile. the channel is a bit weird, but that particular 10 min stretching video loosens up all my muscles, especially after leg day
