This is a new low! I know it will be gone tomorrow...it always is BUT each time I lose another pound it starts with a new low. I'm at 110.7 pounds lost since I started this account. I'm trying to celebrate each new low because I know that it's just a matter of time before it becomes my new normal!
222.3 lb Lost so far: 110.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I've noticed the "in between" times gives your mind a chance to adjust to "being" at that number when t settles. Then you can go toward the next point in your journey. Celebrating each point is a gift. Congratulations!
