I ate just slightly over RDI yesterday, but I can't blame it on that delicious steak dinner. Hubby refused to share his popcorn 😒 so I had a full bag of my own. I counted it as lunch and my only snack was a cup of lemon ginger tea later. That tea has been hitting the spot!

We bought a 2lb. flat iron steak at the grocery store since it was the only one in the meat case. I cooked the whole thing but cut it in half to make it fit in the iron skillet. That made it easy to set one half aside for later before it was fully cooked. I added butter, a little red wine and a little beef broth & mushrooms to the pan and finished cooking the other half. I admit I did eat 8 oz....shared it with Hubby 😋😀

It's been movie time at our place. We watched 3 movies...."Midway", "Indian Horse" & "Marriage Story". It was interesting seeing the back story in Hawaii after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Dancing at the Officer's Club as they prepared to retaliate in "Midway".
I hadn't heard of "Indian Horse" but it was good....a moving story of a young Native American boy in the 50's thru the 70's. And "Marriage Story"....I found it to be very Real. Hubby wasn't as impressed with that one. 😐

The sun is shining brightly but it's cold today. Yesterday we had icy rain and snow flurries but no accumulation. I'm ready for Spring!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I liked marriage story. Great acting. I have not seen the other two. Flat iron steak sounds nice
