My mental health has really been struggling lately, between all the overtime I put in this last month, exhaustion, going to appointments... it’s Girl Scout cookie season 😭 ugh. I am going to start seeing a therapist in a few weeks to just help with everything, my dr called it re-training my brain- my main goal with him is re direct my compulsive thoughts with food. I don’t know if it will work but it’s worth a shot.

We also started the biggest loser at work, so that’s kind of fun, it keeps me motivated lol.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 73.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It can work if you have a therapist you’re confident and comfortable with. 😊 I get the re-training brain. I’ve been there. And I find it brave that you’re wanting to seek help. Emotional well-being is a way to physical well-being. I’ll keep you in my prayers.
