I'm sure the huge drop is mostly water weight but I will take it. I've lowered my calories all week and I've been drinking a gallon of water a day. It seems to be paying off so far.
402.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 222.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
