So after missing lots and lots of gym days between November and December, looks like I'm back on track! 4 times a week, every week - and I'm doing another tomorrow to make it 5 this week 💪🏻

Fat % down, muscle % up!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
