Flashback Friday!
Got brave and decided to post pics of me anyway.

I have no full body pics at my peak weight.
June 4 - 197 pounds (before FS)
June 9 - 197 pounds
and two pics of Jan 3 - 172.8 pounds

No makeup in any of the pics!

Going out of town tomorrow, so we'll see if the loss posted today lasts.

Onward, friends!

172.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb. Still to go: 22.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
