Oh boy! I'm sure part of this is all of the sodium in the foods I ate for Thanksgiving, but part of it is not logging my food and eating carelessly. I'm not going to freak out. I'm just going to use the information to make better choices going forward. I will be honest everything I ate was worth the calories, but I know making a habit of this would be self-destructive.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.6 lb a week

I’m aware of regular fluctuations but 5 pounds? I hope you get to sort this out 😔

Oh, no Velvetee. These are not regular fluctuations. It's a combination of not only eating too much, but also eating too much salty food. I am back on track today, eating more mindfully and recording it all. Lots of whole, nutritious foods going forward.
