A major cause of constipation is too little water. Is it possible that you're not drinking enough?

I so get it! My medication causes constipation. I went this morning and gained weight lmao.

I drink my 32oz water bottle refilled 2-3 times. I just need more fiber I think. Ate a fiber one bar and had gas pains that felt like labor but no results. πŸ˜’πŸ˜† TMI...

TY, Bella! I had an expired stool softener from 2016... that didn't do anything. I thought I would start small instead of going right into the expired exlax. 😁 Guess we are pretty healthy since everything is expired around here. I have sauerkraut on hand!

An ER Dr. told me once that stool softeners were a bad idea. I fixed my colon with strong probiotics every am with full glass of water, clean water - the water needs chlorine filtered out, chlorine kills the good bacteria, and I use three types of fiber, Acacia, Flax seed, Chia (milled) in smoothie mix. Increase fiber slowly, and keep up lots of water, otherwise, extra fiber will cause constipation.
