Yeppers. Been IF 24 (+-) for a few days before I had that cheat in the dark burger. I'm still IF'g. Maybe it's good to throw carbs at the liver n pancreas once in awhile.

I agree with that, Chris. I think I'm going to do that once a month, even though it gave me lower stomach grief the next morning. The IF when I reach 20hrs, I start feeling uphoric. I'm not hungry and feel like I can go even longer. I make myself eat and my appetite returns.could last

Nice drop for 2 months. Damn, I never could get carbs down like you have when I was on Keto. Nice job on that.

That you all for the encouraging words. My carbs come from foods that also contain fiber. I think I've had a day or so where, my net carb was 7g.
