Holding steady...considering that a plus since I ate a higher calorie resteraunt lunch yesterday. We didn't end up eating dinner out so I had more control.

My husband has commented I'm being "obsessive" about my "diet" because I'm measuring/ weighing my food. I can't seem to explain why it's important to me to know exactly....or as close as I can get...how much I'm eating. He's very supportive most of the time. I get no complaints when I serve salads or veggies with protein for most of our meals. He's complementary about how I look. He just doesn't get it that he can lose weight without putting a lot of thought & effort into it....like he drinks one less beer or has one less snack of chips & loses. I on the other hand have to focus on eating more to lose a pound.

On a positive note...as the weather has cooled & I've pulled out the long sleeve tops to wear some of my long sleeve cotton t's in size Large are fitting really loose 😀. And my sis gave me some nice button down shirts awhile back that I never wore cause they were just that tad bit too snug for comfort. Pulled one out yesterday & it fit perfectly!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sherry, congrats on your clothing victory! Feels good, doesn't it? My roommate feels the same way about how "intense" I am about counting calories or figuring out serving sizes, but he has loved every single dish I have cooked. Not one complaint. Keep pressing on. Sometimes "outsiders" to our mindset don't understand the thought that goes into a meal plan. You are doing great!
