The scale is such a weird friend. I have no idea why my weight is this low this morning.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looks like I ate only 1011 calories the day before. Yesterday I ate over 1600 calories and today Im 147.2 lb as of 6am this morning. And these are mostly carb calories.
