I've been IF the past 3 days.
haven't gone to the bathroom in 2 days. I drink at least a gal of water every day, take still softeners to counter act pain meds.
yesterday 1 1/2 gal do to sweating a lot yesterday repainting my deck.
I may be eating too much protein, even though my carbs. have been under 20g and lower my fat intake a little.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you getting enough fiber? Or oil of some kind? When it starts getting bad for me I try a spoon full of olive oil. I hope things smooth out

I take 500mg magnesium at bedtime. I started first using it for leg cramps, which it does wonders for. but have had No problems with not going to bathroom.

A spoonful of coconut oil will get it going! I take magnesium at night and that has been the best at keeping me regular. Good luck, I know that is no fun.

You are not eating too much. I think I eat a lot more than than and I am a lot smaller person who is not repairing my deck so do not worry about that part.

Yesterday 5.9g of fiber, and oils, 2/3-1Tbs of coconut oil, 1Tbs of avocado oil

Maybe I've been ingesting too much sodium the past 2 days. I was craving salt after sweating so much. I hit the olives hard and also put more in my salad ,plus added some of the brine into my salad.....?

It is keto... not sure there is such a thing as too much salt. We need it. Sounds like you are doing good on the supplement side. If I really get constipated I either to maltitol (as sweetener) or mineral oil. Different things works for different people.

I'm going to take a good spoonful of coconut oil, before bed time. I haven't been sleeping well either. I was tired last night and got the best sleep so far this week. 5hrs 40 minute.

Not sure if its Keto friendly but senna leaf tea will move things along very easy. hint the name smooth move... hhh.. it works. the capsules work best but you wanna be in your home that day Senna is some serious stuff all natural and I believe no carbs I can't imagine it does have any. ?
