Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

I didn’t get a chance to 🏃🏾‍♂️ run yesterday.
However, today I plan to run and🏋🏾‍♂️ workout at the gym…

@jenjabba - So far I am doing good on the eating. It is almost 4:00pm and I am still at only 30 carbs! But, I still have Strawberry Ice Cream (Haagen-Dazs) in the refrigerator...

Oh one day we'll have a carb-off! I wonder how many carbs I could consume in one day 🐽 hope the ice cream was great.

Good job with the work out! I wonder how many carbs I ate while on vacay 🤔 could be over 500 a day.
