⏳🎢😒 So I want to feel positive, but the scales are moving sloooow. I just calculated if I lost .2 for the next 12 days I'd be at my goal exactly.
It's not like 2.4 lbs. is going to be that big of a deal in the scheme of things.
On a positive note, an unexpected benefit from losing weight is I can zip my black boots up again comfortably 😁
Today is supposed to be cooler here in North Georgia...a high of 78. I think that calls for some time outside. Maybe rake some leaves and a walk with the dogs later. It's been so hot all I've done recently is water the plants....no real work. I'm not a big exercise person...I know, I know...I should be. I'm more of a get my exercise doing stuff person like gardening, walking etc. So I don't get as much as I should.
So....guess I should end this and head outside.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
