Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

It is the weekend, so I have been eating like crazy 😁
I πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ ran 7 miles yesterday. I think that kept the weight gain low.
Today I plan to do the same… and run πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸΎ

170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
