Holy crap, you guys, I did it!!! That’s 40lbs+ lost since the week of Xmas!! I’m absolutely stunned that I worked my ass off this week and hit my birthday goal! 37 is going to be an amazing year! Next stop, 199!!! 🙌🏻

209.4 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb. Still to go: 9.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
